Our frames are made from custom cellulose acetate produced by a 150-year old Italian family-owned company. Unlike plastic, cellulose acetate can be produced in brilliant colors and patterns; it also retains its shape and sheen with age. We use some of the sturdiest hinges on the market to produce superior durability.
